This is no coincidence. Sifting that concentrates the trichomes also concentrates everything they contain, in the same proportions. This batch is where this process is taken the furthest. Sifting doesn’t create anything. It separates the trichomes from the rest of the plant, and everything contained within these glands is concentrated in the same proportions.
This batch is where this process goes the furthest. 25.2% CBD: our highest level. 2.2% terpenes: our highest total. 1.7% CBC: again, the highest in the line. The three go hand in hand, because they come from the same source.
That’s also why we don’t take the filtration process any further. Isolating only the trichome heads would increase these numbers—and push the THC content above legal limits. There’s a limit to how concentrated it can get, and this batch is close to it.

The first bar in the ranking below is the longest in our entire range. It’s a woody, resinous compound—the one that builds the base and the finish—and here it reaches a level we haven’t measured in any other batch.
Behind it, a fresh pine note and a rounded fruitiness also rank highly. Then pepper and floral sweetness round out the profile.
This profile doesn’t strive for originality. It’s the classic structure of our Rif resins, but taken a step further in every aspect. A total of 2.2%, the highest in the lineup, distributed without any imbalance.
Most of our strains are named after two parent strains. This one is named after only one, and that’s not an oversight: it doesn’t refer to a cross but to a selection within the Harlequin lineage.
Harlequin is one of the strains historically selected for cannabidiol. What it reliably passes on is a high CBD ratio—it’s found in several strains in the lineup.
What sets this particular batch apart has more to do with sorting than genetics: these are the plants whose trichomes separated best in the sieve and yielded the most material. This is the work of a hashmaker, not a seed breeder—and that explains the analysis results.
Our plots in the Rif face common challenges: high UV exposure, significant temperature fluctuations, and outdoor cultivation with no means of climate control. The plant responds by producing more trichomes—this is a defense mechanism, not a matter of comfort.
This resinous content is found across all our Moroccan batches, to varying degrees. In this one, it reaches 0.65%, the highest level we’ve measured.
Location alone does not explain it. Other plots, sometimes at higher elevations, yield values two to four times lower. What makes the difference here is the combination of three factors: what the terroir dictates, what the selection process has retained, and what the growing season has allowed.

CBD at 25.2%, terpenes at 2.2%, and CBC at 1.7%: these are our three highest values, and they’re all found in this batch. These values aren’t independent—a sieving process that concentrates the trichomes also concentrates each of their components in the same proportions.
That’s precisely why we stop at 153 microns. Pushing the filtration further would increase these numbers—and raise the THC content along with them—until we exceed legal limits. This batch is close to that limit, which is what makes it the most concentrated in our lineup.
Like any unprocessed dry sift, this resin contains a fraction of plant material. The sieve separates the trichomes from the rest of the plant; it does not isolate them completely—and that’s intentional.
A final electrostatic sifting process would remove this residue, retaining only the trichome heads. With a batch that’s already this concentrated, that would be impractical: everything would be removed—including the THC. What the sieve allows through is what maintains the balance of the finished product.

A resinous and earthy base note dominates, full-bodied and deep. A fresh pine note rises to the top, more pronounced than in most of our lots. A rounded fruitiness and a hint of pepper round out the profile without ever overpowering it. It’s a dense profile rather than an expressive one.
The pine note comes through first, briefly, then the base note takes over and lasts throughout the draw. The aftertaste is the most pronounced in the line—a direct result of a profile dominated by heavy molecules at an unusual level. The burn is even, with no harshness.
Dense and compact. The block crumbles cleanly and releases its aroma when rubbed. Dark color, uniform throughout its thickness.
This batch demonstrates just how far our method goes. The following question is a valid one: why stop there?
Because filtration doesn’t create anything—it concentrates. Isolating the trichome heads—which is what electrostatic sifting, the Ice-O-Lator, and so-called “4x filtered” processes do—multiplies the entire profile in the same proportions. CBD levels rise, terpenes rise, and THC rises in exactly the same way.
A producer selling these products as legal CBD therefore has two options: exceed the threshold, or bring the levels back below it by diluting the product. Powdered isolate, distillate, texturizing agents—the name and process remain on the label, but the contents change.
Our 153-micron dry sift is compliant because of what it is, not because of what we add to it. This batch is the one that comes closest to the limit of this method.
Because sifting concentrates the trichomes, and everything they contain rises to the top. For this batch, the combination of favorable selection and a successful growing season pushed the numbers even higher: 25.2% CBD, 2.2% terpenes, and 1.7% CBC—our three highest values on the same report.

Products sold under names like “static,” “piatella,” or “ice-o-lator” as legal CBD only live up to their promises by cutting or diluting the product.
This is the most concentrated one, which isn't the same thing. A high alcohol content indicates how much substance there is, not how it behaves. This batch is dense and has a long finish; others are more expressive on the nose or are more characterful in terms of aromas. The choice depends on what you’re looking for, not on a ranking.

Store in an airtight, light-proof container at 16 to 18 °C for everyday use. With a product this rich in terpenes, improper storage takes a greater toll than with other products: it’s precisely what makes it valuable that’s lost first.
