The tam tam is the traditional hand-operated sieve of the Rif region. With a mesh size of 153 microns, it collects whole trichomes rather than isolating just a fraction of them.
The mountain’s cold makes this process possible: it contracts the glands and allows them to be detached cleanly, without crushing them. Without it, dry sifting would yield nothing.
The resin is then pressed into a hand-molded slab shaped like a ingot. Full spectrum, no isolates, no distillates, no texturizing agents, no added terpenes.

Yes. Our No. 0018 is grown in Ounas Edin, facing due south, at 1,750 meters —22 kilograms, a single harvest. Our No. 0020 grows in Bab Berred, at the edge of the Ketama Forest.
The terroir is evident in the analysis: No. 0018 has 2.2% terpenes, the highest level in our collection. No. 0020, surrounded by pine trees, has 0.35% alpha-pinene.
An important distinction: traditional Ketama hashish contains several percent THC and remains illegal in Switzerland and throughout Europe. Our resins come from CBD strains grown on these same plots of land. Same soil, same buzz—but a different plant.
